So the importance of refocussing on simple precautions to minimise these feelings will help to reignite your motivation and inspire you to take the necessary steps toward the things you want to achieve.
Because life rewards action, being effective comes from ‘moving forward’, not stopping in your tracks because of uncertainty and insecurity.
As the Chinese proverb says, “The journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step in the right direction”.

Your BreakThrough Midbrain
In evolutionary chronology, your midbrain area developed after the reptilian part of your brain and prior to the forebrain. It is therefore more evolved than the hindbrain but less evolved than the forebrain.
Your midbrain encompasses your emotional processing area of the brain known as the limbic system, which includes the amygdala and hippocampus.
Its functions include your imagination, dreams, memory, reward, and pleasure and pain.
It is responsible for your emotions and feelings, and it is wired to react to any situation it encounters, usually through the dual filters of pleasure and pain.
