Why Declutter?

  • Clearing your space clears your mind.
  • By removing what no longer serves you, you create room for the things that bring clarity, joy, and energy into your life.

Here are 3 simple steps to declutter.


#1: Start Small

Pick one area, like a drawer, shelf, or even your phone’s photo gallery. Focus on decluttering that space for just 15 minutes.

  • Ask yourself: “Do I use this? Does it bring me joy? Does it align with the life I’m creating?”

#2: Sort into Categories

  • Keep: Items that are useful or spark joy.
  • Donate: Things others can use that no longer serve you.
  • Discard: Broken, expired, or unnecessary items.

#3: Maintain the Flow

Once you’ve decluttered, set up a system to keep your space organized. For example:

  • Use labeled bins or baskets.
  • Set a weekly reminder to tidy up.
  • Follow a “one in, one out” rule—if you bring something new into your space, let go of something else.
