Today, we arrive at a transformative lookout: the moment to reconnect with your true self.

Your true self is already within you, waiting to be heard.

It’s the version of you that knows your purpose, holds your deepest values, and guides you toward a life of fulfillment.

By connecting with your authentic self, you unlock the clarity and confidence to step boldly into your future.

Day 17: Your True Self

Authenticity is acknowledging your true state of being. Connecting with your true self allows you to step into your highest potential.

The purpose of today’s exercise is to connect with your real self and live authentically.

Step 1: Visualise Your Ideal Self

Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and imagine your life five years from now.

Visualise yourself as the person you’ve always wanted to be. Then answer the following questions:

  1. Where are you? (Describe your surroundings and environment.)
    • Example: “I’m living in a serene home surrounded by nature.”
  2. What are you doing? (Think about your daily life, career, and relationships.)
    • Example: “I’m leading a wellness program and spending weekends with my family.”
  3. How do you feel? (Focus on your emotions and mindset.)
    • Example: “I feel peaceful, confident, and fulfilled.”

Step 2: Reflect on Your Ideal Self

  • What qualities or traits does your ideal self embody?
    (e.g., kindness, courage, discipline)
  • What habits or routines does your ideal self prioritize?
    (e.g., daily exercise, journaling, spending time with loved ones)
  • What fears or doubts has your ideal self overcome?
