True happiness isn’t a destination—it’s found in the journey itself.
Today, we will focus on small actions that bring you joy in all of your 7 Life Segments, such as spending time with loved ones, enjoying nature, or practicing gratitude.
Day 19: Your Joy
Your joy is your natural state of being—the essence of who you really are.
Reconnecting with your joy is therefore reconnecting with your true self—who you are, what you are, why you are.

The purpose of today’s exercise is to remember who you really are and find your joyful nature.

- Plan a family game night or share a meal together.
- Offer a kind word or act of support to someone who needs it.
2: Career & Work
- Take pride in completing a task, no matter how small.
- Share a positive moment with a colleague or mentor.
- Reflect on how your work contributes to your growth or others’ lives.
3: Money & Finances
- Treat yourself to something small but meaningful within your budget.
- Organise your finances to bring a sense of control and relief.
- Donate to a cause you care about or help someone in need.
4: Health & Wellbeing
- Take a walk in nature to recharge and ground yourself.
- Prepare and enjoy a nourishing meal or healthy snack.
- Practice a relaxing activity like yoga, meditation, or a sauna.
5: Learning & Education
- Watch a documentary or listen to a podcast that inspires you.
- Explore a topic you’ve always been curious about.
